Influenced by the COVID-19, the employment of university graduates is facing challenges. The state explicitly proposes "six guarantees and six guarantees" measures to protect the employment of college students. The college actively expands channels to promote employment. After the publicity interview in September, China Telecom Shanghai branch plans to admit more than 50 graduates of 2022. At 13:00 on November 26, 2021, Luo Wei, deputy director of the human resources center of China Telecom Shanghai Branch, went to our institute to carry out career planning guidance and the 2022 signing Symposium.
Director Luo Wei explained in detail from three aspects: situation, environment and telecom introduction. Firstly, according to the general environment at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the employment situation this year. Under the "triple pressure" of the new and increasingly complex international environment and economic transformation, the economic development situation at home and abroad is grim. This year's employment situation is not optimistic, and the employment of fresh students presents a structural imbalance. However, China has actively grasped the domestic demand strategy, accelerated the domestic and foreign circulation, and promoted the economic recovery, which tends to be sustained and good. At present, the "transformation major" is in short supply, 5g is developing rapidly, and the employment situation of graduates majoring in computer and electrical is good.
Then, director Luo gave a detailed introduction to Telecom. China Telecom has a large business scope and has a large scale of cloud computing and broadband. With the development of Internet plus consumption and the rapid development of intelligent 5G, Telecom will move from Internet to mobile Internet to intelligent service transformation and upgrading. As a big enterprise and brand, Telecom has a big platform and a good future, which can give graduates better development opportunities. Finally, director Luo responded to the employment choice needs of contemporary graduates from six aspects: salary and welfare, training system, development channel, working environment, employee activities and talent needs.
