On the afternoon of September 27, 2022, the party committee of the college held a general meeting of the whole hospital through a combination of online and offline methods. The meeting was chaired by Fan Junhui, Secretary of the College Party Committee, attended by all college leaders and all middle-level cadres at the Transportation Center 7950, and other teachers participated in the Tencent meeting.

Secretary Fan conveyed the spirit of the school's party affairs work conference and conveyed the requirements and instructions for the school's confidentiality work. Secretary Fan emphasized the construction of teachers' morality and teaching style and the code of conduct, and put forward requirements for various work such as the development of party members in the new semester, the declaration of doctoral programs, the review and rectification of the inspection team, the employment of students, safety and stability, and the integrity of scientific research. Secretary Fan also introduced the new teachers from July 2021 to the present.

Dean Li Yuanyuan put forward requirements from the aspects of curriculum construction, engineering certification, teaching evaluation, the construction of two platforms of the Collaborative Center and the Digital Transformation Center, the construction of doctoral programs, student employment, and epidemic prevention and control, hoping to contribute to the development of the School and promote the further development of the School together with every teacher of the College.

At the meeting, the leaders in charge of the college made arrangements for the key work and recent work in the second half of the year, including first-class course construction, industry-university integration, various competitions, teaching team building, graduation thesis arrangement, online and offline teaching standards, large-category admissions, laboratory safety doctoral and master's program declaration, graduate double selection, graduate graduate, tutor assessment, national and municipal fund declaration, scientific research integrity, new student opening, employment work, etc.
