On December 28th, Distinguished Overseas Prof. Chi Hung Chi, made two wonderful reports for the teachers and students of the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. The first report was titled "Behaviour Informatics and Cybersecurity", and the second report was titled "How to view and meet the Publication requirements from school and ourselves ".

In the former report, Prof. Zhi first taught how to dig out from the big data of people's behavior information, and further for the network security services. Secondly, he introduced the development of the safety information and time management (SIME), focusing on the third generation of SIME framework based on data-driven, and introduced the latest technology in the field of cybersecurity and behavioral informatics.

In the later report, Prof. Zhi analyzed the necessity of writing high-level papers for college teachers because of the pressure from all sides. At the same time, he analyzed what kind of "story" in the paper that the editors want to see. Prof. Zhi instructed these writing techniques vividly, to teach us how to write and publish high-level papers.
