2. Products & Pricing

Product Information: We strive for accurate descriptions, photos, and prices on our site. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or natural materials. If a product differs significantly from its description, you have the right to return it (see our Return Policy).
Prices: All prices on lspazio.com are shown in Euros (€) and include French VAT (TVA) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.
Availability: All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you place your order but before we ship it, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment taken for that item.

Order Process: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order is only formed when you complete checkout and we send you an Order Confirmation Email. This email lists your items, price, and order number – please check it carefully!
Our Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, especially if:

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lspazio bag! Our generous Return & Refund Policy covers your 30-day right to return (even if you change your mind!), free returns in France, and how refunds/exchanges work. These rights are in addition to your legal guarantees under French/EU consumer law.

7. Your Rights (Legal Guarantees – Conformité & Garantie des Vices Cachés)

As a consumer in France/the EU, you benefit from mandatory legal guarantees:
- Conformity Guarantee: Goods must match their description, be fit for purpose, and be of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. You generally have 2 years from delivery to act.
- Hidden Defects Guarantee (Garantie des Vices Cachés): If a hidden defect existed at the time of sale and renders the product unfit for use, you may have recourse. You typically have 2 years from discovering the defect to act.
