Our Promise to You:

  • 30 Days to Decide: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind! ✨

  • Free Returns (On Us!): We believe returns shouldn’t cost you extra. We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items within Metropolitan France. 🇫🇷 (Yes, really!)

  • Quick Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Speed matters to us too!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us First (Important!): Don’t just send the item back! Within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@lspazio.com with:

    • Your Order Number

    • The Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

    • The Reason for return

  2. We’ll Guide You: Our friendly team will reply promptly (usually within 1 business day) with:

    • Prepaid Return Shipping Label (for free returns in France).

    • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Pack & Ship:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and protective covers. We need items to be in resellable condition.

    • Attach the provided prepaid label.

    • Drop off your return package at the designated carrier location (usually a La Poste point).

  4. Sit Back & Relax! We’ll notify you once we receive your return.

For Exchanges:

  • Please indicate the exact item (including color/size if applicable) you wish to exchange for in your initial email.

  • We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received and approved. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it (this depends on your bank/payment provider).

  • Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Condition for Returns/Exchanges (This is Key!):

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item MUST be:

  1. Unused & Unworn: Exactly as you received it.

  2. In Original Condition: No signs of wear, tear, scuffs, or damage.

  3. With All Original Tags & Packaging: Tags attached, dust bag included, protective covers on hardware, etc.

  4. Clean & Odor-Free: Free from any stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), or makeup marks.

What We Cannot Accept (Non-Returnable):

  • Items that show any sign of use, wear, damage, or alteration after you received them.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging or are missing tags, dust bags, or protective covers.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., ripped seams from overstuffing, pen marks, pet hair, water damage, etc.).

  • Items that have been exposed to strong odors (like smoke or perfume) that cannot be removed.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase (we’ll clearly indicate this!).

Damaged or Defective Items?

Oh no! We’re so sorry if something arrived damaged or defective. That’s definitely on us.

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is ideal) at info@lspazio.com with photos/videos clearly showing the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a free return or replacement and cover all associated costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
